A couple of nights ago, I managed to get depressed watching the Weather Network. Which is an admittedly extreme reaction—it isn’t the most interesting channel, but it’s generally pretty neutral. Not the sort of thing that leads to major shifts in one’s mood.

The problem with vacations, of course, is trying to get back into the routine when they’re over.
Writing has been tricky this week—it’s back to pen and paper, and prose, and trying to get back into the stories I was working on in May.

I’ll say it again—long weekends and I don’t mix. I completely forgot it was Monday, and that I was due to make an entry here.
Recently
Of the past one hundred days, I’ve spent nearly eighty living out of boxes and suitcases. I spent November with limited internet access and no phone connectivity. I can’t count of the days lost to packing, and moving, and unpacking. I’m still not properly settled.
